Get Started

Servings:

  • Number of servings:

Ingredients:

  • For Dipping:

  • 1/2 recipe Hass Avocado Board Guacamole
  • 1/2 recipe Creamy Avocado Party Board Dip
  • 4 oz. prepared hummus
  • For the Rest of the Board:

  • 4 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
  • 8 oz. assorted cheese (gouda, cheddar, brie), cubed
  • 4 oz. sliced deli meat (turkey, ham)
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 1 cup fresh grapes
  • 1/2 English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup unsalted nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup green olives
  • Crostini and crackers

Instructions:

  1. Make the Dips:

  2. Make the guacamole and creamy avocado party dip. Transfer to two small serving bowls for the board. Add hummus to another small bowl for serving.
  1. For the Rest of the Board:

  2. Slice or chop the avocados to add to your board. To make avocado roses, place ½ of a peeled avocado cut side down on a cutting board. Thinly slice the avocado, then spread the slices into a line. Use your hand to gently roll the one end into itself and keep rolling to create a spiral shape.
  3. Add your dips and avocado to the serving board then fill in the rest of the space with the cheese, veggies, fruit, crackers, nuts, deli meat, and olives.

Notes & Tips:

This board is best served soon after assembly to prevent the avocados from browning due to oxidation. Sprinkling the sliced avocado with lemon or lime juice can help slow down the browning.

This board is easily customized – feel free to make it your own with different cheeses, veggies, fruits, and more.

You can make the creamy avocado dip and the guacamole in advance; just follow these storage tips for best results.
